Accounting Support Specialist

Job Description: Del Taco LLC, the nation’s second largest quick service Mexican/American food chain located in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist with Administrative Assistant experience.

Duties include administrative support for key personnel and general accounting support activities including: data entry, research, filing, scanning, faxing, word processing, answering phones, maintaining calendars and post office trips.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of general accounting and administrative experience. Extensive software skills are required. Strong communication and organizational skills are required for this position.

Skills Required:
• Basic accounting knowledge
• 10-key by touch
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail, result and deadline oriented
• Independent self-starter
• Willingness to learn and take on new assignments
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can-do attitude
• Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities
• Professional demeanor
